Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am now fully retired and no longer seeing patients. Our office doors are closed. You may reach us for accounting purposes only at (270)885-3937 and will need to leave a message and phone number. We will check messages periodically and when time permits, return your call. All insurance claims have been filed as of April 10, 2016. We will make every reasonable effort to insure they are reimbursed, but cannot guarantee the behavior of any individual insurance company. We will no longer be refilling prescriptions.

We are pleased to announce that our Hopkinsville practice has been carried on by Dr. Paul Herrell and Dr. Amber Cook who have graciously agreed to take our patients. Their office now maintains our Hopkinsville medical records. His office can be reached at (270)886-2020.

Our Russellville practice has been taken over by Dr. Marc Moore at Graves Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, KY. He will be seeing patients in Russellville on Mondays. Graves Gilbert Clinic now maintains all the medical records of patients who routinely saw us in our Russellville office. You can reach his offfice at (270) 780-2494.

I would like to thank all the patients who have supported me in my practice of ophthalmology for the last 29 years. I am sincerely grateful for both your support and the many of you whom have become friends. I will miss the practice of medicine and the many fine people I have met over the years in west Kentucky.
